1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or placing an order on qawaine.in ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Products

All products are handcrafted anime art goods. Product images are representative; minor variations in colour or finish may occur due to screen calibration and handmade nature. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.

4. Orders & Cancellations

Orders are confirmed upon successful payment. You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us at hello@qawaine.in. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

5. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, logos, and content on this Site are the exclusive property of Qawaine. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Qawaine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Site. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
