Returns & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns
- Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Item must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
- Sticker sheets, photocards, and washi tape are eligible only if defective or damaged
- Custom or personalised orders are non-returnable
Damaged or Wrong Item
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email us at hello@qawaine.in within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method
- Razorpay may take an additional 2–3 days to reflect the credit
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
How to Initiate a Return
- Email hello@qawaine.in with subject "Return — Order #[your order number]"
- Include reason and photos if applicable
- We'll confirm eligibility within 24 hours
- Ship the item back (return shipping cost is borne by customer unless item is defective)
- Refund processed after we receive and inspect the item
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened sticker sheets or photocards
- Customised / personalised orders
- Sale or clearance items
- Digital products
