Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (India)

International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order at My Orders.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@qawaine.in with your order number. We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund if the package is confirmed lost.
